Talton Luxury Spa is a high-end therapeutic spa based in Madison, AL. Our goal is to work with clients to achieve total relief from stress and muscular tension using restorative massage techniques. We offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Postnatal, Sports, Hot Stone massages. Integrative Stretching is incorporated into sessions on a case-by-case basis, but can be performed at the beginning of your session upon request.
Prior to your session, we will speak briefly (your consultation) about your medical information & concerns. Afterwards, we will proceed with your scheduled session addressing all problem areas. At the end of each session, feedback regarding areas that may need additional attention, stretches, & other self-care recommendations are given to each client.
Pain/stress management is essential to your overall health. Reducing and preventing stress/pain in your life is imperative to decreasing your chances of getting other chronic health diseases such as: high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, or addiction. Adding a regime of relaxation to your life will benefit you mentally, physically, and spiritually; helping you become the next- level version of yourself to fulfill your God-given goals and purpose in life!
