Payments, Deposits, Cancellations:

Payments obtained via invoice are due by the day of your scheduled appointment--prior to rendering services. To make a payment, click "View Invoice" and follow the prompts to pay. This method allows you to pay a day in advance via debit or credit card. Payments are taken in person via cash, check, or debit/credit card. For a faster, more efficient spa experience, you also have the ability to pay "in full" at checkout (online). Many clients choose this option for a smoother process on the day of their appointment---walk out worry free, and RELAXED, at the end of your session.

 

Deposits:

 

All deposits are used to secure your scheduled appointment---due prior to your scheduled appointment date.

You may be asked to submit a deposit if you are a client who has a habit of canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours, or if we have had an issue with processing your payment in the past. The deposit is to secure your selected appointment time. The deposit is 50% of your session price and will be used towards your total payment for your session. However, no call/no shows and same day cancellations will forfeit this down payment. A refund will NOT be given. Please, read the cancellation policy below.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, within the 24 hr. time frame, and you have paid for your session in full (or deposit), your payment will follow your new date. There is a limit to how many times you can reschedule. 

If you have rescheduled, and you no call/no show or cancel this appointment, no refund is due and will not transfer to any future appointments.

Late fees: A fee of $25 will be added to all late payments.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please be mindful and respectful to do so within 24 hrs. of your scheduled appointment. We are professionals.  Canceling less than 24 hrs. does not give adequate time to book another client. We understand things happen, but we also ask you to be courteous. Appointments canceled less than 24hrs. will be charged 50% of session price. No call/no shows/same day cancellations will be charged 100% of session price.
