Talton Luxury Spa does not sell your information. All information presented to Talton Luxury Spa is intended to enhance and promote growth for client purposes via our business platform.

Consent for Treatment

Clients are required by law to give consent for treatment prior to entering into session. Children under 18 are required to have parent/guardian consent, and parent/guardian must stay with minor for the duration of the session.

Upon arrival for your appointment, we will have you fill out medical paperwork. We ask for your cooperation in filling out the paperwork with honesty so that your therapist can give you a proper session. Please, ask questions if you are unsure about anything.
