We are a high-end therapeutic spa; therefore, all of our clients are treated as such. All services are tailored specifically to YOU--the individual. It is important that you give us the indicated medical information required so we can address your muscular concerns properly—there may be contraindications (recent injuries/surgeries, medications, pregnancies, etc), which may require some adjustments to your session.

We provide therapeutic services. Sexual advances will NOT be tolerated! In such cases, your session will be discontinued and the situation will be handled accordingly.

Prenatal/Postnatal

Prenatal and postnatal offer essential benefits for mothers. Prenatal sessions reduce anxiety, alleviate discomfort, and improve sleep quality. Postnatal massage aids recovery by relieving tension and promoting relaxation. Both types enhance the parent-child bond, making them crucial for prenatal and postnatal care.
**Keep in mind that 1st trimester is risky. We ere on caution when performing prenatal sessions during this period. It is recommended that you get clearance from your OBGYN prior to booking your session. We do ask that you provide a doctor's note if you are considered high-risk. 60-90 mins is preferred**

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please be mindful and respectful to do so within 24 hrs. of your scheduled appointment. We are professionals. Canceling less than 24 hrs. does not give adequate time to book another client. We understand things happen, but we also ask you to be courteous. Appointments canceled less than 24hrs. will be charged 50% of session price. No call/no shows/same day cancellations will be charged 100% of session price.
